When products in stock are ordered before 3:30 P.M, delivery will be the next day if you are located in the Netherlands. Articles not on shelf are delivered within five working days. Parcel delivery is operated by the transport agency DHL. Purchases made on Friday are delivered on Saturday. If you wish to receive your parcel at another time, please notify us in advance.


Returned items and warranty

We provide a pick-up service for when parcel need to be returned. To make use of this service, feel free to contact us. Another option is to send the parcel by post to our location in Den Ham (see contact information). To return your packaging, appropriate documents need to be downloaded, filled out and included with your return. These document are to be downloaded under the heading ‘Return Shipment’ at the bottom of this page. For warranty returns all product-specific conditions apply. Costs for returns-per-post are for the customer unless an error was made by Goodkat Holland B.V.


Methods of payment

  • Pre-payment by bank to the Goodkat Holland B.V. bank-account. IBAN NL13INGB0006229514 BIC: INGBNL2A . Shipping will occur once payment has been received (No extra fees).
  • Pre-payment online by using I-deal (Available for ING ,ABN AMRO, SNS Bank, Fortis of de Friesland Bank). Shipping will occur once payment has been received.
  • Pre-payment through Pay-pal. Each transaction will have a 3,5% transaction fee.
  • Invoice. Four days after the order has been received, you will receive an invoice with an obligatory term of payment of ten days. For this, an additional €0,95 will be charged. click here for more information
  • Cash or electronic payment at our location in Den Ham, the Netherlands.
  • DHL Cash on Delivery. Payment to the Courier is also possible. An extra fee of 13,50 will be charged and delivery will only take place when the buyer is on site when delivery takes place.
  • Credit card. When paying with credit card an extra fee of €0,25 + 2,8 % of the total amount of the transaction will be charged.
  • International parcels require payment in advance before shipping.
